O’Neil W. Grant brings together industrial relations leadership, financial expertise, and governance experience to guide IR Conservancy’s work in building fair, stable, and productive workplaces.

As President of the Jamaica Civil Service Association from 2011 to 2023, he represented public servants through challenging negotiations and periods of economic change. His experience includes public-sector wage negotiations and sustained advocacy for fair treatment of contract workers.

His professional background spans accounting, auditing, and financial analysis across the public and private sectors. He holds an Executive MBA from the Mona School of Business and Management at the University of the West Indies. His governance experience includes leadership within the credit union movement and service on the National Partnership Council.

Awarded Jamaica’s Order of Distinction, Officer Class, in 2023, Mr. Grant brings nationally recognised service to his leadership of IR Conservancy.
